A Sweet Martini is just a slight tweak to the original Martini recipe. Adding bianco vermouth tones down a little bit of the punch from the London dry gin and adds some sweetness.

- .7 fl oz (20ml) Bianco vermouth
- Ice
- Pimento olive for garnish

How To Make A Sweet Martini
Add gin, bianco vermouth and Ice (enough to fill a glass) to a shaker. Shake vigorously and then strain into a cocktail glass, keeping the ice out of the glass. Pierce the pimento olive with a small skewer or toothpick and place into the glass.
