- 1 fl oz (30ml) Lime juice
- .7 fl oz (20ml) Raspberry syrup
- Soda water
- Ice (enough to fill glass)
- Lime slice for garnish

How To Make A Puerto Rico Rickey
Add gin, lime juice and raspberry syrup over ice. Top up glass with soda water. Slice the the lemon and place on to the glass.
