How To Make A Mount Fuji Cocktail

Seperate an egg white then add London dry gin, lemon juice, double cream and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker along with enough ice to fill the glass. Shake well and then strain into a small cocktail glass leaving the ice behind. Garnish with the maraschino cherry on the glass.
