How To Make a Gibson Cocktail
Pre-chill a cocktail glass prior to making the cocktail, 15 minutes in the fridge should be enough.
In a cocktail shaker, shake up gin, dry vermouth and Ice (enough to half fill glass). Strain into the chilled cocktail glass. Skewer one or two cocktail onion’s and place into the glass.
