Flying Dutchman Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
Recipe serves: 1
1 fl oz (30ml) London Dry Gin
.5 fl oz (15ml) Cointreau
Ice
Lemon for garnish
Equipment
Cocktail shaker
Strainer
Peeler
Sharp knife
Glassware
Old fashioned or liqueur glass
How To Make A Flying Dutchman
Add cointreau, gin and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and then pour into the glass allowing the ice into the glass. For the lemon twist garnish, peel a continuous slice of lemon as straight as you can. With a knife cut an equally wide, long piece of lemon and then wrap it around something firm and round, such as a chopstick.
