English Muffin Pizza

English muffin pizzas are quick, easy and delicious. Perfect for a quick snack or when you can’t be bothered cooking anything too difficult for dinner.

You don’t need any fancy toppings or even a lot, the important thing is that they are as fresh as possible.

Another bonus is kids absolutely love topping their own pizza, keeping them busy until dinner time!

Meat Lovers Pizza English Muffin Recipe

Ingredients per pizza

1 to 2 TSP Pizza sauce

1 to 2 TBSP Grated cheese

Drizzle of BBQ sauce

1/2 TSP Cooked and Chopped Chicken breast

1/2 TSP Chopped Chorizo

1/2 TSP Chopped Bacon

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cut the English muffins in half and place on a lined baking tray.
  3. Spoon on 1 to 2 teaspoons of your favourite pizza sauce and cover with 1 to 2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
  4. top with the cooked chicken breast, pepperoni and bacon.
  5. Drizzle with your favourite BBQ sauce
  6. Place in the oven for 15 mins or until the cheese is golden brown.

Pepperoni Pizza English Muffin Recipe

Ingredients per pizza

1 to 2 TSP Pizza sauce

1 to 2 TBSP Grated cheese

7 to 12 Small Pepperoni pieces

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cut the English muffins in half and place on a lined baking tray. 
  3. Spoon on 1 to 2 teaspoons of your favourite pizza sauce and cover with 1 to 2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
  4. top with the pepperoni 
  5. Place in the oven for 15 mins or until the cheese is golden brown.

Ham & Pineapple Pizza English Muffin Recipe

Ingredients per pizza

1 to 2 TSP Pizza sauce

1 to 2 TBSP Grated cheese

2 TSP Pineapple pieces

2 TSP Ham pieces

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cut the English muffins in half and place on a lined baking tray. 
  3. Spoon on 1 to 2 teaspoons of your favourite pizza sauce and cover with 1 to 2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
  4. Top with ham and pineapple pieces.
  5. Place in the oven for 15 mins or until the cheese is golden brown.

Recipe Notes

You might want to try toasting them and adding a brush of olive oil before adding all of the ingredients. This gives them a bit of extra crunch and the oil keeps them moist.
